We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tooting Primary Classroom Support Assistant to join our Primary department on a contract basis. In this role, you will support classroom teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparation, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to manage classroom activities and behavior.
As a vital member of the educational team, you will play an essential role in the academic and social development of students. This position offers flexibility with daily rates ranging from GBP 140 to 180, allowing you to contribute to the educational experience while gaining valuable experience in a supportive setting.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
Understanding of primary education curriculum and classroom management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
