Requirements
Master's Degree in Education or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience in a secondary SEN teaching role
Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive teaching practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students
