Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Secondary Teacher, preferably in a mid-senior level position
• Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Experience in Special Educational Needs is a plus but not mandatory
