As a Cover Supervisor within our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational recruitment services. You will be responsible for managing the placement of qualified educators in long-term and permanent roles, focusing on the unique needs of Special Educational Needs (SEN) environments. This position requires you to liaise closely with schools and candidates, ensuring that every match is carefully considered and executed with precision. Based in Northampton, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to raising the standards of education recruitment across the Midlands and Home Counties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a supervisory or recruitment role, preferably within education
• Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
