Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Mid-Senior level experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the challenges and needs of Special Educational Needs recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with schools and educators.
• Ability to work on-site in our Kettering office.
