As a Cover Supervisor in our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of educational environments by providing high-quality supervision when teachers are absent. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to support students' learning journey. Based in Northampton, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive learning atmosphere, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students in their educational activities.
